Lady WhirlWind and the Rangers (1974)

In the turn of the century China, salt is one of the most valuable things there is. A group of salt smugglers, led by the Kurata, pay off the law and get the local sherrif framed for salt smuggling. When the sherrif's daughter learns of the deceit she goes undercover to take down the salt bandits and clear her father's good name.
